					<description>The Mercer Consutling report is interesting... Isn't it odd that the Top 5 cities in Asia are all in Australia/NZ? And the Top 5 in Europe are all Swiss/German/Austrian?

Makes me wonder what their research methodology is? They mention some of the things they looks for/measure, but not how they measure them. (Is it just one of their employees doing some web searches? OR surveys to a few targeted people in each country?)</description>
